They organised a rigorous tasting session beforehand, to make sure we were happy with our product, and were very conscientious in making sure no nearby business was serving the same bean. They are always obliging, friendly, and bend over backwards not only to keep us well stocked with high quality coffee, but also to keep our machines in good working order. We have bought all our coffee machines from them since that time as well, and are always impressed by the passion and knowledge that Jonny displays in relation to his product.  We have bought based on his recommendations and never been disappointed in the machines we have had.  Jonny is also invaluable in servicing and troubleshooting and works around our business hours, which is just what we need.
