Brazilian Decaff

A favourite among our decaff drinkers, as it’s very hard to tell the difference between this and the caffeinated version, which is how it should be. This uses Bourbon, Mondo Novo and Catuai varieties from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, and has its caffeine removed by the Swiss water process. This is a much more environmentally friendly way than other methods and produces very fine coffee.
