We use different farms and seasons depending on the results we get when cupping. We’re currently using La Marianela Estate, founded and managed by Hernan Dorronsoro, an agronomist with a passion for coffee. The estate is in Piendamo, on the western side of the Central Andes. At 1700-1800 metres altitude, this is a perfect location to grow the Caturra and Colombia varietals.
